Whether you'd prefer me to take the reins for a while to get you both started, want to work through things together or need help but don't have in-person access, there are plenty of options.
Clinics, Classes & Workshops
I've created a range of events to suit horses and humans at every stage, from non-horse masterclasses to half-day workshops and multi-day clinics.
Every event has space for those who can't travel with their horse, and plenty of ways to learn either way.
I've built a supportive, encouraging, low-pressure learning environment with a genuinely great community, and I'd love to have you in it.
Why I love helping horses & humans...
I've been involved with horses professionally for over 25 years, during that time I've studied them, researched them and worked with them, but I've also been in your shoes.
I've been handed my fair share of 'lost causes' and horses that simply 'don't want to' and I can tell you - what got me furthest with them wasn't more of the same, it wasn't the tricks or the quick fixes, it was getting a better understanding of what was REALLY going on... and then I started to realise, it wasn't the horses that were 'broken', it was the approach.
Digging back into my roots in rehabilitation, ditching what wasn't working, and getting well and truly out of the traditional training box, saw even the most difficult horses turn right around. Not just doing what I wanted, but becoming happier, healthier, more confident and more willing, and I didn't have to fight them for it.
